13,50 €
The 250ml is NIKA’s everyday bottle — for the kitchen table, the morning spoonful, the salad at lunch and the pasta at dinner.
Amounting to an astonishing 733.5mg/kg polyphenols as it is cold-pressed from early-harvested olives on the island of Lesvos within less than six hours of picking. Two local varieties — Kolovi and Adramytiani — give it a fruity, layered character with a clean, peppery finish that signals high antioxidant content.
Sensory profile:
fruitiness: 5.5
bitterness: 4.5
Spiciness: 4.8
It is this delicate spiciness in the throat that indicates the high content of polyphenols.
At 0.29% acidity, NIKA Olive Oil sits far below the 0.8% ceiling for extra virgin classification. It is, simply, among the best-measured olive oils in the world.
For comparison:
Supermarket olive oils: 50–150 mg/kg
Premium Spanish and Italian: 300–600 mg/kg
Olive oils exceeding 700 mg/kg belong to the narrow category of high-polyphenol oils.
That’s why our NIKA is no longer just any olive oil. It’s an olive oil classified as a “superfood.”
EFSA confirms that 20g of high-polyphenol olive oil daily — about two tablespoons — helps protect blood lipids from oxidative stress. The 250ml bottle gives you roughly 15 servings, used consistently.
NIKA is produced by Home-for-All Social Cooperative, a foundation that has provided food, medical care and employment to refugees on Lesvos for more than six years. The organic farm that produces NIKA employs people from the refugee camp — giving them stable work, income, and a path toward independence.
The island of Lesvos has long been considered home to some of Greece’s finest olive oil. We’re using that heritage to build something that lasts and impact the world towards a better tomorrow for displaced and underserved people.
